Sounds like the DA progressive gun hating lib school admenstrators have claimed another victim. Too bad it wasn't another one of those dreaded/deadly Pop Tart guns. But, as always, we will have to wait until all the real facts of the story come out to make any decisions about the judgement of the school admenstrators in the case.

I don't think these instances are politically fueled like we're assuming. I agree that suspension is a little harsh on an 8 year old that doesn't know any better, but still, it seems like a pretty strict proactive way of training kids that guns aren't ok in a school.

Update to the story---Bonnie Bennett has hired a lawyer and members of the school board/chairman think the punishment went too far.
