They demil ammo, then sell the components. The powder will have a description saying “similar to” the actual powder. I’ve used a lot of pull down powder in the past, I never had any issues.
Just finished sorting 1,000 .40FMJ bullets from them.
There were about 60% 180 grain, 25% were 165's and 15% were 155's.
All good looking bullets, some with crimp marks on them but that doesn't bother me. They were on sale and had free shipping.
