Appropriate or not, I woulda wore my kids out. Not to mention my garden would not have a weed for years.

Dad nothing...I always envied kids like you. Mom never waited till dad got home. She believed in quick decisive action!!

I agree with many of you. The kids parents should be taking care of this at home as well. However in the age of timeouts I'm not so sure.
