Just put a new gun in layaway Smith and Wesson 686 6" 357 mag. Stainless. Was out last weekend shooting the 6" judge which is a blast but not quite accurate. Got a used remington 1100 and tested it out and it is great only 375 dollars looks new. My wife finally used her mosquito sig .22lr and for being scared of guns she sure went through 100 rounds pretty quick.

I would like to scope it but don't know which one to go with?

FYI Keep your 1100 clean, especially if you intend towaterfoul with it. If it's a little dirty and cold outside it will become a single shot. Been there and done that.
