Eff buyer's premiums. IMHO that's deceitful and dishonest. If I bid an amount, that's what I'm paying. I shouldn't arbitrarily have to add more just for the auction company, that's the sellers problem.

Thanks for posting. My wife and I are planning a move to that area soon, as the grandkids are up there, and we looked hard at it. but at my age, with that much lawn to care for, it would simply be too much.

It was tempting though.

That's actually a little bit too short for my tastes. And where's the concertina wire?? (I'm not sure I spelled it right and I'm too lazy to go look.)

7 foot chainlink to keep the dogs in would fine with me. Besides after a few times of my mowing wearing a thong the neighbors would build the privacy fence.

Seriously if I was younger and had the money I would jump at it.
