CMMG 22LR Conversion

I have a stainless .22LR conversion from CMMG that my girls love to use in my AR. A couple of weeks ago I noticed that the chamber adapter was cracked at the end. I emailed CMMG and told them about it and they asked me to send them a picture. After reviewing the blurry picture I sent they popped a replacement part in the mail and I got it like two days later. Those guys are awesome.

Quick question.... what twist rate are you using and how is the accuracy?
I'm thinking about picking this up for my PSA AR.

These are great little conversions.
I have a couple with dedicated .22lr barrels on them and can hit a 10"X10" steel plate at 100yds with ease, open sights.
