Got the call on mine today. I’ll post a pic once received

Got mine today! Only took 11 months for them to get around to me. It’s a Colt frame and Remington Rand slide. Looks to be in quite good condition.

Might have to put my hooks into one. It would go really nice with my CMP M1 Garand, an M1 Carbine!!

And my "new" (to me) 101 year old 1911 shoots pretty good! This is at 7 yards using plain ole 230 gr ammo.
I was aiming at the bottom of the circle. BTW, the CMP doesn't have any M1 Carbines left from what I can tell...
