I'm not from commiefornika nor colorado, but the bolded part basically says "certain personnel (they don't define who that is) can enter your property in order to save life or property, and you agreed that a LEO can do that anyway which is incorrect in most states and certainly incorrect in all states according the Constitution for illegal search and seizure. This appears to be a backdoor red flag law where "certain" personnel can enter the home and take firearms because they think the gun owner is a threat? Anyone owning more than a shotgun is a threat so lets take away their centerfire rifles and pistols? Do they require a mental adjudication from a court of law to do so, or is it just someone's opinion that this person needs to lose their 2A rights because of why? Spent three summers in Southern Colorado with a great county maintained gun range two miles away. About 10 of us were shooting there one day when the county Sheriff showed up with a bunch of deputy's to qualify. Half of us were shooting AR's with 30 round mags on the long range area, the other half on the pistol bays. Sheriff asked if they could have complete access to the pistol bays to qualify which we gladly agreed with. He actually visited with us on the rifle bay for awhile, saying nothing about the dozen AR's laying on the benches with two or more dozen 30 round mags laying next to them. Not all of Colorado is left wing, anti gun. Denver, with the influx of those from the commie states have turned Colorado blue. Texas is experiencing the same influx but are still holding on to the red state status. If Tx falls to the demonrats, there will never be another Republican President.
