CZ82 - remove rear sight?

Can anyone tell me how to remove the rear sight on this gun? Everything I've been able to find with google hasn't been very helpful.

I've found this diagram, looks like it slides out. I just can't figure out how to get it to budge. It seems really tight. Is there anything locking it in place?

I believe friction. But might be something else on this pistol.

You need to put the slide in a vise. Gently tighten! you don't want to squeeze the rails or it won't go back on the frame.
The sight comes off left to right as the dovetail is tapered. (kind of like your picture)
Use a brass punch and tap it. If it's staked (punch mark in center) you may have to hit it pretty hard.
Use something like a piece of leather between the vise jaws and the slide to protect the finish.
Goes back on right to left.
If your going to put on a new sight you may have to do some filing on the
sight to get it to fit. Best left to someone experienced if you haven't done it before.
