This is my dilemma. If I ever want a new/different gun, I gotta sell one to buy one. The only time I ever ask for "permission" is when I'll sell one for $400 and the "new" one I am wanting costs $500. I then gotta sweet talk the wifey into floating me a C note. However... You gotta understand. On a cop's salary, I don't make near the money any of you guys do. The wife is the same way. She's a librarian at the public library in our home town and she makes just a whisper over minimum wage. So funds are usually kinda tight. Especially since her dad (he's 88 years old) lives with us and doesn't contribute a penny to the monthly household bills, but he tosses hundreds and hundreds of dollars to his baby girl who always looks fabulous. Then, our youngest daughter is about to start college and we all know how much THAT is gonna cost! :faint: Then we have our oldest daughter, her husband and her son, who all three usually eat supper at our house at least 5 nights a week. So yeah...after paying all the bills, buying groceries for seven people and the usually house and vehicle maintenance, we're broke! :cry3:
