I have several pairs of identical guns,,, But most of them are one rimfire and a matching gun in centerfire. Bersa Thunders in .22 and 380,,, Beretta 80-series in .22, 32, and 380,,, CZ-75B in 9mm and CZ-75B Kadet in .22 LR. And 5 more pairs of revolvers in 22 and centerfire,,, A purist wouldn't count these though as they have different model numbers. I have a matching pair of 22/45 Mk-III stainless slab-side pistols,,, It's very nice for when I take a friend to the range,,, We're both shooting the identical model pistol,,, So no one has an equipment advantage. I had a pair of Beretta NEOS pistols for the same reason,,, But I recently gifted one of them to my best bud. I have a pair of Kel Tec P17 pistols in layaway,,, I will use these pistols to introduce friends to shooting. So yeah there are legitimate reasons for having pairs of pistols,,, As if I needed to justify doing something that pleases me. :) Aarond .
