Yup. We have a Licensed Professional Counselor in our office we hired just to take care of our patients. She does the EMDR and really loves it. She has helped a number of my folks, and I've got a very good friend who did it with another counselor down in Tulsa. He says it is very good, too. Our LPC can't sing its praises enough.

It is most helpful with PTSD and certain anxiety issues.

Yeah I can attest... several of my patients have had very good results from it. Some have been a little less enamored of it, but I can tell you, those who truly buy into it and sell out to it have done quite well, I think. One guy in particular I can think of who used to shake like a baby rabbit in our visits has done extremely well since he started seeing our counselor and particularly since beginning EMDR.
