I'm ashamed that pics weren't taken but we had blackened Louisiana redfish on the half shell tonight for dinner with homemade fries. I love redfish.

Blackened redfish once more with pics this time on our finest china. LOL!

After dinner, wife made a dessert of strawberries, vanilla ice cream and peanut butter.
First time for that dish. Totally impressed!
