Anyone else get one of these?
We have had a foodsaver for years now, and its one of the best investments we ever made. Go to the store and buy a whole ribeye for $4.99lb and package it up at home in the size you want, not the size the store give you.
What we found in packaging stuff, before putting it in the freezer is to freeze the individual steaks, or veggies before sealing it up.
Any moisture will prevent a good seal, and air will seep in over time getting a freezer burn.
Wish we had got ours that cheap. Good buy
I have that exact foodsaver. I don't use it too often though because it's smarter than me. 
It was doing that to me too at first. I exited out and went to their main page without using the link provided then did a search for the model. It worked out and it didn't require the coupon code.
Wife just ordered one...she gasped when she typed in the coupon code and saw the price change 
She'll be taking her lower end (but more expensive) Foodsaver model that she just got from Bed Bath and Beyond back, now.

I bet they lost their patent and now everyone is going to make them cheap so they lowered their price to thwart competition.
Mine is a couple of years old but still works great so not getting a new one now.
