Oh the humanity .... throwing away ammo.... Noooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!

Oklahoma City residents had about 83,000 pounds of unwanted ammunition, medicine, computers and tires to get rid of in the spring. But officials are guessing there's more out there.

I can't imagine they get too much ammo. If they do, you are right - it's a darn shame.

I'd bet the average gun owner (not gun enthusiast) thinks ammo goes bad after a couple years and throw it away..
Plus they get a ton over partial boxes from little old ladies cleaning out their dead husbands stuff.
Back many years ago when yellowpage ads weren't too expensive and everybody still used them. I was tempted to run an ad under ammunition as "ammuntion disposal service"
