Get some longer bolts. Then put it on the rifle. If the bolts stick out to far on the back take a dremel to it. Then get some flat back engine paint and coat it. After you got the bolts sized I would get some red lock tite. It should be able to hold it until you come across a good deal at a gun show.

I bought some longer bolts today. They were 8-32 thread, and the ones I had were like 7/16, I bought 3/4, 5/8" would have been perfect. I didn't get it put back together in time to shoot it today, I'll try it out tomorrow and see if it works.

If it is a UTG, I wouldn't want to continue using it especially if it already showed signs of their stellar QC work on it.

A new Yankee Hill Gas block is like $30. Just sayin'.

Yeah, I know. Still not sure who in the world made it.

I won't use it long, just till I can fit $30 into the budget. Just wanted to get it operational again.

Closest thing I've found to what I have.

Honestly, that upper looks exactly like mine other than mine is 24" and that one is 16". And it doesn't look like anything RRA offers now either.
