A week from today, I will be pulling up to the unloading door for our show. We will be checking in 52 knife makers and other suppliers so they can set-up their tables for the show. Judges will shortly start viewing knives entered for the Awards. At 9:30 I will be privileged to announce the winners. The doors will open at 10am for the public and the cutting competition will start in the North parking lot( weather permitting) It will be an honor to meet and view these craftsman work. Come and enjoy the fun and buy you a work of art.

Don't forget that one attendee will get a scholarship to make their own knife. 6 locations are available to make it using stock removal or by forging method. You enter at the show but do not have to be present to win. Drawing will happen at 5 pm.

I'm packed up. A group of us are having dinner together Friday night to get acquainted. One crew is meeting at H& H after closing to set up tables. Saturday morning is going to be busy. Pray for clear weather.

Go out and see the show. I think we have 4 or so active OSA members that will have tables. Some beautiful works of art to look at.

I’ve been planning to come to this show since Mr Miller announced it, but it’s not looking like it’s going to happen now that it’s here.

Unless something comes up between now and Saturday morning, I’ll be there with my oldest son and a cousin. My daughter might also tag along so she can see her older brother.

I’m going to try and make. I usually buy enough supplies from Jantz to put a couple knives together.
