Yamaha on the Grizzly, for a year or two in The 90’s, utilized a weird pattern. If it’s that, I have a couple I can sell to you very inexpensive.

I bet they are 4x110 bolt. Are they 12 inch?

Hmmm. there are four lug holes. Don’t know for sure if 12”, but I’d imagine it’s close. I can check next time we are at the lake house and see. It’ll be a few weeks.
