Good job Jev, you put the work in I didn't want to do. But I believe you're 100% correct. Easy fix, assuming you can extract that other one easily and replace it. Careful drill and ez out job should do it.The big screw is MIA. It probably was replaced with a new one for the mount and then when the mount left, so did the screw.

The shaved screw might not be shaved. After looking at prolly 120 or so pics of the left side of W94s, they are all different, showing a screw, or the end of a pin, or the flattened out looking thing like yours. Big screw is definitely missing.
