The real contender had a 30+ year run.
Between the blued, stainless, and the custom frames offered by their Fox Ridge Outfitters custom shop, would not be surprised if they surpassed 500,000.

There are serial # date charts floating around the web, dont know how accurate they are, but here is the wiki one!

There is a guy that make some real nice wood grip and forend. He hangs out at Specialtypistol.com forum. I happen to have several Contender/Encore frames, I have all the ones you have shown. I got a 4 digit frame that I still use often.
