I find it humorous that people bash a particular brand all the time because they had 1 issue with it and try to get everybody to steer clear of it. So here goes my bashing of ammo. DO NOT shoot Remington green box ammo by Wal-Mart! This one time, I had a squib! It's the worst ammo EVER! See how that works? Just because your gun doesn't like it doesn't mean nobody elses will either. My gun LOATHES the Remington ammo - I've had 1 squib, 3 no fires (tried it in my other AR and also my mini, still no fire), and no consistent groups at all. My gun absolutely LOVES Black Hills and PMC - super accurate and consistent but at 2-3 times the cost of Wolf. So, for me Wolf is the happy medium between cost and consistentcy. Ok, in all seriousness here, my AR's run smoothly when they are clean. That's a fact. I can't run more than 200 rounds through my LMT of ANY ammo before I have to run a bore snake with CLP down it. My Stag could care less. I know my guns, I know what works well in them. But I'm not going to sit back and let people bash a brand and try to get everybody to stop using it because a couple people had issues. Like I said, I hate Remington but for other people it works great so more power to them. I'm not going to belittle them and tell them to stop. And just to make everybody happy - my Kimber will not shoot any Wolf ammo reliably. It just will not feed the .45 steel cased loads. I respectfully will bow out of this argument now because my opinion doesn't matter apparantly.
