I think he's in his last term ... just like our pres, another lame duck that doesn't g.a.s. about anything but sucking up to his cronies.

Prolly trying to set himself up with a nice cushy consulting job or professorship or some crap. I've voice-mailed and e-mailed. Doubt it'll do any good.

This HJR must pass the Rules Committee by April 6 and then the Senate floor to be on the general election ballot in November.
