Back when we were volunteers working at an RV park in Utah, that park was listed as one of Tesla's charging sites in their documentation. We would get folks coming through on occasion looking to get a charge. However, most didn't want to spend the two hours or whatever sitting around before moving on, so if their smart phone app told them they had enough juice to get to the next charging station, they wanted say 30 minutes worth and then move on. First of all, I'm not sure I would want to trust a smart phone app for what "reserve" I had, especially so in somewhat mountainous areas. That RV park's sole "outlet" listed for EV charging was equipped exactly the same as most RV sites with a 50-amp connection, a 30-amp connection, and a 20-amp connection. As for Tesla, they had adapters so that their owners could plug into any of the three options. So, if one had an EV and could talk an RV park owner to allow a hook-up for a lesser amount than what it cost for a day rate on an RV site, that is another option for charging.
