All good. Had several of the same ideas myself. On the Second I would change a few words to make it absolutely clear to even the most intellectually challenged paint chip eating politicians what it means. This:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

To this:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the individual citizen to keep and bear all matter of individual Arms, shall not be infringed. Any attempt by any government official be it Federal, State, County, City, or other municipality within the jurisdiction of the United States of America shall be an act of subversion and if in time of civil unrest or war an act of treason. Upon conviction of said individual for either offense their life and all forms of property shall be forfeited immediately."

Any citizen who commits an act of unlawful violence while armed shall be imprisoned for no less than five years hard labor for the first offense. Any subsequent conviction shall double the sentence of the individual and create a lifetime prohibition of the right to own, use, or bear any weapon.

Any citizen who has been adjudicated by a court of law as being a danger to themselves or others due to mental illness shall have their right to own, use, or, bear any weapon suspended.

Any citizen who has been convicted of a crime of domestic violence shall be prohibited from using, owning, or otherwise possessing individual firearms.

Any citizen who has been convicted of a non violent felony crime shall have their right to own, use, or possess any weapon while under sentence for first conviction. This prohibition becomes permanent upon second conviction.

Any non citizen who has been convicted of a felony crime of violence shall be sentenced to five years hard labor and deported upon completion of sentence.

And I would add this clause to the Constitution as well.
The bill of rights may not be themselves amended once ratified.

I vote RETOKSQUID for President.

I think that just about all our citizens should be able to vote especially in this day and age. There are a few that shouldn't like those who have been adjudicated as a danger to self or others, the mentally disabled (think schizophrenia not ptsd), those under sentence for felony crimes, under the age of 18, and public officials that have been removed from office for cause.
