I dont know what I was thinking but the young boy in me decided to pull into Taco Bell and I ordered a nachos bell Grande and I wish someone had slapped me before I did.

I do like the tacos but that nacho crap is...crap or will be soon I hope.
I don’t know what that **** is, but it’s nothing remotely close to cheese. It doesn’t taste bad, there’s not a lot of taste at all really. I can’t imagine why they are able to sell it. It’s just yellow goo.
I refuse to eat restaurant nachos. Sorry but that canned cheese sauce and I do not get along at all. Last place I would eat nachos out was Pepes in Edmond before he passed. Beef & bean nachos with real cheese. Yum! Pepe use to buy Watonga cheese before they burnt and moved to TX. That was good stuff.
Nowadays if I want nachos I make a small pan at home. Some Crispy Rounds chips, Jalapenos, sometimes a little chopped onion, and cover it up with Colby Jack. Under the broiler until all melted and pig out.

I don't eat there a lot. Probably more than I should since I work nights and it's the only thing open until 2am. Usually I have a slice of pizza from Casey's instead a colon clean out from Taco Hell.
