CHL is on the right track, but prices have gone up. The part that's missing is known as the elevation drum; a few years ago, you could find those loose, but the supply seems to have dried up. I used my last one last year to repair a T105 rear sight, which I believe is what you have (it is not a national match sight, btw). Unfortunately, the drums cost as much as a whole rear sight pinion, so you might as well buy the pinion. A Springfield pinion works just as well as any other, and will be a bit less expensive, but $50 is about the going rate for those unless you get lucky and score something like this: http://forums.thecmp.org/showthread.php?t=179061 If you're not fussy about the pinion being correct for the SN of your receiver, then you can get by with the cheapest of the manufacturer-marked ones.
