There is a pawn shop at about 34th and Harvard and the guy that owns it has a little "tribute" to gunsmoke in his shop with James Arness's pistol and holster rig and Festus's badge and some other stuff in there, He played in a few episodes as a child. Kinda cool to go in and see!!

yeah that is diamond jims pawn, Mr. Arness was a really nice guy I got to meet him in 2001 at the Roy Rogers - Dale Evans museum when it was still in Victorville, CA and then I got to see him again in 2004 at the Roy Rogers - Dale Evans Museum in Branson, he was also WWII veteran and a Purple Heart recipient.
