Have you considered a Ruger LC9

I have had 3 Kel Tecs and they have all been perfectly reliable. I bought my Pf-9 for 200 bucks and it has a trigger as smooth and light as my best Smith revolvers, good sights, and is plenty accurate. Because it is so thin and light it hurts my hand after 20-30 rounds, so I put it down and shoot something else for a while. With the plus one extended mag its MUCH easier to shoot and control but of course, harder to conceal.
