Right now it looks like the change in my meds, dry needling, physical therapy and facet injections (which I do NOT recommend as a lifestyle choice
) seem to be doing their job. Out of the last 6 days I've spent 3 of them in bed. When you consider that, given the weather we've had, before I would have been AWOL for all 6 days, I am pleased as punch.A few more tweaks here and there and maybe I can get back to where I was after my neck surgery last year. Here's hoping, anyway!
