I consolidated. Got rid of .380, .40S&W, 7.62X39, .308 and 20ga. Just dropping 5 calibers made things a lot easier logistically. I kept: .22LR .32 ACP (no need for a lot of ammo for it, but I still have about 450 :) ) 9mm .38/.357 .44 Mag .45 ACP 5.56 30-06 (several spam cans of Greek M2 ball for the 55' HRA M1) 45-70 (no need for a lot of ammo for it either) 16ga (nostalgic, not really a regular shooter, about 6 boxes of birdshot on hand) 12ga (rarely used anymore, about 400 rounds on hand for it, mostly #6 and # 8 shot, with a few boxes of slug & buck) I've been toying with the thought of dumping the revolver calibers as well (I know, heresy!). It's just that I rarely shoot them anymore and there's nothing they do for me that my auto calibers won't cover. That would simplify my logistics down to .22, 9mm and .45 ACP for handguns. Of course, getting rid of the .44 Mag would tempt me to get a 10mm for hand cannon use. :) Thoughts?
