According to Academy website the Monarch 30-30 is $21.97 per 20. It may be less expensive in store.

Someone gave me a box of Monarch 270 Win years ago, and that stuff was garbage. There’s definitely a reason it’s priced cheap unless they’ve upped their game considerably.

My 30-30 loved the Remington and Federal ammo built in the 80's
The same brand ammo in 1999 was pure JUNK That is why i began reloading.
Junk as far as accuracy was concerned.
I find that true of almost all store ammo I have purchased since then.

Some of us here are happy with a certain group size and others would toss the junk in the river if it had that same accuracy.

Nice. I just bought some Winchester 30-30 for $24.99 per 20.

That was a good score these days. I grabbed a couple boxes this summer in a trade deal is the only reason I have some.

Good to see something on the shelves in quantity.
I wonder if Monarch brand 30-30 is made here or if at least one ship made it through the blockage to unload cargo.

Unless something has changed "Monarch" branded rifle ammo is simply rebranded PPU made in Serbia
