You can use Glock 22 mags, they are the same as Glock 31 mags. Glock 22, 23, and 27 mags will all work in a Glock 33. Glock 40 cal police trade-in mags are abundant and cheap.

They didn't use to be. Once upon a time, they were probably the most sought after (and hardest to find) mags around. Fetching $100 each at all gun shows. Even as an LEO, I could only purchase them from a Glock stocking dealer, with a signed letterhead from my chief/sheriff and I could only purchase no more than three at a time. They were also marked for LE/GOVT use only.

Glock 22s and 23s will load the 357 Sig just fine. Same basic case.
G22 mags are very inexpensive, or used to be.
A little searching and you should be able to find them for 12-15 each.
Don't know if you can get AR15.com but...
