You got that right. Quick search throws one on ebay with 150 hours for 10K... I would personally contact some up and coming lawncare places and offer them a shot at it before going consignment. Seems like the only place that wins when you go consignment is the place selling whatever you have. I am sure there are a few around that would not mind a nice big ZTR for a bit of a discount and offer to pay cash for it. Otherwise ebay with local pickup only is another option. Some big stuff gets sold that way and a lot of times ebay gets cut out of it anyway. Went down to Foley Alabama a few years ago and picked up a concrete pump and hoses for a guy. Big air cooled Deutz Diesel sitting on twin torsion axles. A ten ton bottle jack could barely even touch this thing it was so heavy. I think it was 6K cash that I handed the guy. Just had to get the lights and brakes working on it as the wiring had been tore up and shot fresh grease in the bearings every time I stopped for fuel. Lights was as simple as grabbing a 50 foot drop cord and zip tie it on the trailer. Did the same for the brakes as well and ran it all to a 7 blade plug.
