It won't matter with common core. Private schools or home schooling, you have to pass the test that they mandate. They are basically forcing you to teach what they want you to regardless of where they are being indoctrinated... I mean educated.

There are no laws on the books here in OK giving the State any jurisdiction over home education.

I don't think your following the ramifications of the testing. It has nothing to do with the state constitution, but more with college entrance exams and high school equivalency testing. If you can't regurgititate the memorized socialistic egenda being forced with this curriculum you will not pass the test.
