I got my letter two weeks after it had been sitting at the SO and a week after OSBI said they were still processing it.

I called SO and it was there just picked up about 15 min ago But have not got a letter or a phone call from SO

So did you call the Sheriff's office or how did you find out?

Called...... Every other day for 3 weeks......

I am coming up on the time frame where I believe my Concealed Carry License should be completed.

Will I be notified or do I need to call somewhere?

Assuming you passed the background check and were approved, you'll receive a letter from the OSBI advising you to check with your sheriff's office in the next few days. My letter was dated August 15 and I received it on August 31, by which time the Oklahoma County sheriff had the card.

If you get a letter make sure you call before you go all the way to the SO. The letter may get to your house before the license makes it to the SO and you'll drive up there for nothing.

I never got a letter - and accidently let it expire last time - just had to jump a few extra hurdles

I received my letter about a week after the Sheriff had his Deputy deliver my license.
