I don't have the exact dates on mine, but I did a paper form 4 for a suppressor in July 2014 and received my stamp November 2014. Fastest turnaround I have ever experienced. This was with a trust.

ATF lied. I called and asked about transfer status. The lady answered and asked about the serial number and my trust name and told me pending date is OCT 16. and she hung up. I know the fact that was not my pending date. So I called right away again and someone else answered and checked for me the normal way. And still pending but since 9/22. Anyone has similar experience where ATF lie and get away with it. SInce no one can do anything about that.

Some have started giving the date your check was cashed as the pending date and some are giving the date your info was added into their system as the pending date. More than likely, your check was cashed 9/22 and the info for your trust and item were finally input on 10/16. I believe the new official pending date is the check cashed date... or it is a big conspiracy and the ATF is lying to us.

Have you called SSP to check? They are usually good about letting you know when items arrive but things can fall through the cracks.
