In 2009 Bums broke inside and built a fire in the basement to try and keep warm. Got out of hand and burnt all to the ground instead of the brick you see. This is after it sat open to the elements for about 4 years. It’s currently a finished building with all that brick still in place. Fun fact. Those poles in the center still standing are repurposed WWI gun barrel forgings hard as stone and terribly thick</p></blockquote><p></p>
