Ohio Man Arrested for Possessing a Gun in a Movie Theater - was a crime committed?

Agreed. If he had a permit to carry, the he shouldn't have been arrested. The only thing is when the officer asked to see the bag did he notify the officer before he opened? don't know if their law requires that.

And if they have that provision, did it necessarily attach to that interaction with the police officer? Hmmm...

Ohio man indicted in Batman movie weapons case
