Old editions of the S&W Bible Book/I need to stop bugging @dlbleak !

I have one about 3 miles from me and I have never seen any gun books in there. They are a liquidator of overstocked or non selling items from all kinds of stores.

I was in the NW Expy one in Oct and snapped these pics

I have a bunch of Smith Revolvers, and am collecting a few more to pass on. I have been bugging dlBleak and a couple others to find the years of them.

And have found that two of them I bought recently are mis marked/struck and are oddities. dlBleak spotted some idiosyncrasies in the 60 that did not add up, and should be Dash marked but not. So I thought I am going to fire back up on the learning part and to have a reference. As I have bought a few others that I would have liked to bug someone about the questions I had about them.

Here are the two that are not marked correctly. A 36 and a 60. So thinking I need some Books.

Just from what I hear.. the 4th is not much different from 3rd, again, what I hear. That's why I'm still using a 3rd, I just have 2 copies of the 3rd.

I would like to buy one the extra 3rd edition if I May?

Is there a specific model you are trying to find info for? I can see what I have in my books.

I’m good right now! But thanks on the offer. You have always been a willing member to help on 22s. Had I known tho you had BOOKs! LOL!! I think it is so nice to have members that are smart on different guns! You on 22s, Darren on Smiths as well as others on Smiths.

Went by the one in Midwest City, they too had a great selection at very decent prices! Thanks on the suggestion!
