If there is a Steve's Wholesale in Tulsa, go there. It is strong enough to make your hands tingle after a while, so wear gloves. It can be taken to Autozone, and dumped with the waste oil for free.

This, although I just take it to the semi-annual chemical disposal sponsored by the Tulsa MET.

We use "Solvent" from the gas pump and the local Oil and Lubrication supply (Commercial Lubricators in OKC), but I have also been told that Dry Cleaning Solvent works really well and you can get it in a 20 gallon drum.

You might try a Soy Methyl Ester product. It's effectivly used to break down asphalt and is environmentally effective.

ETA: And it's not flammable.
