Paul Newsom Charity Dove Hunt

The hunt includes breakfast and lunch and will be three miles east of Okarche. Call Bo Newsom at 405-312-3353 for more details.
The cost is $50 per gun and proceeds go to the OU cancer center.

Paul was a good man and i had the privilage of hunting with him a couple of times. Bo called me this morning but i can't make it. Go out and have some fun for a good cause.

Sounds like a great event. Kill a dove or not these benefit hunts can help fund a good cause.
I'd do it if closer.
Secondary, one may meet somebody that has some hunting ground. A one on one with somebody that can see how one ethicaly hunts could open a door.

Paul was a "friend of a friend." I only knew him from my friend and from seeing him on TV. I did, however, give him a Native American name to add to his own. It was "Stands In Front Of Cars." I understand he got a laugh out of that. Very important guy to hunting/fishing in Oklahoma. Gone 'way too soon.
