This morning, I was fortunate enough to pick up one of the new Ruger 22lr bolt guns at Sports World here in Tulsa. (Great place, by the way!) So far I've put 60 rounds through it, and I'm very impressed with this little gun. I might do a short review later on, but right now I've got a question for ya'll. The receiver is drilled and tapped for #12 Weaver bases, but I'm not sure that I want to put a scope on just yet. Is there a peep sight out there that I could just install where the rear base would go? I've been Googling and Binging, but no luck so far. Thanks!

Well, I've already changed my mind about the peep sight option. Seemed like I'd be wasting the potential of this gun by using a peep, so I took the Weaver 1-3x20 off my 10/22 TD and put it on the RAR. I did order a peep from Skinner Sights, which I'll be installing on the 10/22 TD.
