I add them to most everything. Spaghetti sauce, most any casserole dish, Homade jelly, you name it. We pickle lots of them and I eat those with my sammich at work everyday.Yup, I have bags of them from last years gardens for soups, chili, etc.
If you have stomach issues, eat japalinos and it will cure your ails.
A man of Spanish decent told me this. He said in Mexico, there is no acid refux issues and other stomach problems because hot peppers are on the table every meal.It goes against common sense, but I read a report that proves your point.
