Pistol caliber rifle match??

Maybe it's just me, but I was thinking that a match using only pistol caliber rifles would be a lot of fun.
Are there any going on? Would anyone else be interested in doing it?

Maybe at Heartland or H&H?

Please post if it's something you would be interested in and if there's enough interest I'll talk to somebody at Heartland or H&H to see if it could be done. (not that I have any pull at either place, but who knows what a conversation could bring)

It's not in the okc area but the monthly practical rifle match at Oil Capital has a patrol carbine division for pistol calibers. I have shot my Beretta CX4 a few times.

The next match is July 2.

I'm really surprised that there isn't any interest in this, especially with all the 9mm AR's, sub 2000 carbines, and hi point carbines floating around this site.
