rem. 700 vsf 223

I just bought a rem 700 vsf 223 it is 26" heavy flutted barrel with hs stock. I want to use it on coyotes and bench shooting. Does any one have the vsf and what loads does it like. I will be shooting between 100-500 yds. scope is a leupold 4.5-14x40lr.

If you shoot that far with a .223 which I dought highly. It won't be affective on a coyote. Maybe a bird.
