Just a friendly reminder that the new ATF Rule 41F goes into effect on July 13. All applications submitted after that date must include fingerprint cards, passport photos, and law enforcement notification for everyone who is allowed to possess the items (which will be especially annoying if you own them under a trust and have co-Trustees). I definitely advise getting your NFA Trust established and getting applications sent out on any NFA items you are planning on buying in the foreseeable future before this deadline. For anyone who is interested, I write custom NFA trusts for $200. Everything can be handled over the Internet -- no need to even visit my office in person. My trusts contain provisions for easily adding and removing co-Trustees, which will let you get around the new rule as much as possible after it does go into effect, if you don't get your applications in before then. I will also amend your existing trust to this standard for the same price as a new trust. If you are interested, or have any questions or concerns about NFA trusts, feel free to PM me, email me at henschman@hotmail.com, or call me at 405-880-0506. All the Best, Daniel Hensch Attorney at Law
