Remington 700 BDL 7mm Mag will not fire.

I went out to fire this Remington 700 BDL 7mm Mag that I bought used for the first time and to my disappointment it would not fire. When you pull the trigger you will hear a click. The firing pin does not make a mark on the round in the chamber. I am guessing I have a firing pin problem or a spring issue. Can anybody help?

Firing pin could be broken off or FP spring may be bound up inside the bolt. If you aren't comfortable with tearing down the bolt to check, take it to Don Franson "Honeybee". He is excellent at his trade.
