Rim identification. 5x5 old school

Found this in the bed of a truck I just bought. Not for the truck though. It’s 5x5 but no hub flange and weird cam lock attachment spots for a hubcap I presume. I know I have seen one before.

Not super important, just curious. I think I recall it being for an old dexter axle under a travel trailer.

Looks Ford bolt pattern. I have seen that rim on a car with those attachments holding Hub Cap. But **** if I know what.

I have some old 1950,s Buick wheels that look like that. A little hub cap clip fits in the slot.
