How cool would it be if a Mark I/II/II 80% upper was made? You could add the other niggles: Threaded barrel, fluting, define length. It might cost way to much, but I think it would be fun.

Is this a good idea/or at least an entertaining idea? Or am I just crazy?

And what options would you be after ie: length of barrel, threaded, fluted, bull/taper, comensator, etc.

I think custom guns are great! To tailor something to your exact specs and liking is enticing, but I don't doubt the cost would be through the roof, I think anyways.

Good thing about the Mark series pistols, is there are quite a few variations of each, its just a matter of finding the right one.

I've got a 80%??? stainless one from when I was building them 30 years ago.
its stainless, needs threads for barrel and the ejector installed.
How much you think people would pay for them?
