S&W M&P9 c.o.r.e optics adapter

I have a S&W M&P9 performance center c.o.r.e that I am wanting to mount an optic. I don’t have the adapters and I was wondering if someone could post some pics of the #4. I’ve been trying to locate one, now I’m going to try making it.

Have you tried C&H Precision Weapons

Yeh they only have adapters for Trijicon and SIG Romeo

What optic? Usually the optics mfg will have one.
